In July David was awarded the great honour of becoming an Honorary Associate from the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeon’s for his dedication to the Veterinary profession through his ground breaking work in setting up the first Certificate in Advanced Veterinary Practice. This subsequently evolved into the Vet GP Certificate [CertAVP] in Veterinary Primary Care and in 2006 he launched Vet Learning Ltd as a platform for advanced veterinary qualifications.

David was very grateful to receive this award as it is only conferred to a small number of non-members of the RCVS each year in recognition of a special contribution to the veterinary field

The ceremony took place the RIBA [Royal Institute of British Architects] headquarters in central London, with the president Bradley Viner.
