Our programmes in organisational leadership are offered in association with academics and practitioners across the globe. These take the form of short programmes through to doctorate research. All have a focus on the issues faced in organisations and are designed to deliver changed behaviour and strategic benefits.
Facilitated Conversations in Leadership provides learning conversations that occur within a small peer groups. The purpose of each conversation is to share and learn from one another's leadership challenges and successes and to co-create ideas and solutions from shared learning and wisdom. Building on change projects within the organisation following these conversations candidates can complete either an Institute of Leadership and Management Endorsed Award or a Post Graduate Certificate in Strategic Leadership. This includes awards for short courses, and a Certificate and a Diploma through the Chartered Management Institute.
Culture and Adaptive Leadership – in an increasingly complex and interconnected world there is a key need for leaders who can work across different cultures to build and sustain effective organisations. A Masters route and a Doctorate (by invitation) is available to experienced managers who would welcome the opportunity to work with an international faculty and share their learning journey with candidates working in different cultures and organisational settings.
